I had unprotected sex and took birth control pill within 28 hours. Exactly a week after that I have bleeding. It is not spotting. But the flow is very scanty. The blood is very red. It smells like period blood. And I am not experiencing any symptoms of pregnancy like nausea. What is going on? Am I pregnant? Or am I on my period?

This is withdrawal bleeding caused due to ipills u took , however u still would need to do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy in case ur periods get delayed by more than a week.
