There were 2 results of Hb1Ac tests done on 1 week from each other. 1st result was - 5.6 2nd result is - 5.7 If i am prediabetic,please suggest what to do next,or whether it can be lowerd in below 5.7 without prediabetic medications?

There isn’t a prediabetes medication. However if you get fasting sugar and fasting insulin levels it can tell about insulin resistance and a medication can be suggested. Otherwise lose weight and repeat in 1 year
