I have checked my fasting blood sugar in the morning..it was 110..so am i diabetic ?? because iam feeling lighthead ness and unexpected weight loss 2kg.

Hi., I can understand your concern. It's slightly high, but we can't decide only with this level and symptoms. Plan for PPBS, HBA1C and TFT.

regular exercise and walking. avoid processed foods.
