You can't change skin colour by changing soap, it depends on hereditary, use gentle mild soap. Skin colour in infants keep changing, it will take time for normal skin tone to appear .If you are concerned about pigmentation ,can consult a pediatrician.

You can use any gentle soap for bathing your baby. As far as skin colour is concerned, it is hereditary and using different soaps, creams, and lotions will not change his original skin colour. If you feel, there is a pigmentation which seems abnormal, please seek a consultation for that.
