Always thirsty

I am constantly thirsty. I've been tested for diabetes which turned out to be negative. I'm not even pre diabetic. I have a healthy diet and usually stay away from food with a high salt or sugar content. I carry a large bottle of water wherever I go. After finishing a full liter of water I get thirsty minutes afterwards. I'm not on any meds that cause a dry mouth nor do I sweat excessively. Being thirsty all the time has affected my sleeping patterns and work life. I need constant bathroom breaks. I also live in a fairly hot climate but I drink water just as much in winter. My urine is not all that clear either. I'd say I drink up to 10 liters of water a day. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
