Your symptoms are most likely due to allergic rhinitis (nose allergy), which is common in young people and often gets worse in the morning or with dust exposure. It is not a serious problem but can be irritating. With simple lifestyle changes and treatment, it can be well controlled.
Next Steps
Keep your room dust-free(mopping is better avoid sweeping) , wash bed sheets/pillow covers if possible within 3 days Avoid exposure to dust/smoke as much as possible..
Health Tips
If symptoms persist on stopping medications better to switch to nasal sprays than oral medications. Proper control is necessary to prevent from future development of asthma

Do steam inhalation morning and evening. Use face mask while going out. Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening,  whenever cold is more. Use Avamys nasal spray,  2 puffs, whenever sneezing starts. Get ENT check up also done to exclude deviated nasal septum. If that problem exists, it can cause recurrent cold. It can be corrected by a minor surgery.

Those symptoms are typically related with allergy. You need to identify the cause.Do a CBC,IgE  and consult a ENT specialist for a clinical examination and appropriate management.Fir the symptomatic relief you can use histafree M once daily and duonase nasal spray once a day for a few weeks.
