My wife age 22 always saying feeling tired and body pain what will be the reason should I go for Anemia blood test ? Since we trying for pregnancy can I give dexorange syrup for body weakness..

Yes u need to get her Hemoglobin vit d vit b 12 n sugar levels checked Planning pregnancy u need folic acid supplements Dexorange can be used if her hemorrhoid levels are low
