Alternative to pregalin during pregnancy

I would like to know if there is any alternative to pregalin m 75 during pregnancy..as I have been taking this capsule at 7 pm every evening..now that am pregnant am worried about what needs to be done.. I can bear with the pains but sometimes dizziness ,kind of vertigo kicks in and that's something I can't take. What can be the solution to this please.

Stop taking Pregabalin and don’t look for alternatives. Considering your age, you should be more careful about the medications for the successful ANC period. Go for paracetamol and Dynapar QPS locally. Sunlight will also help, if taken between 11 am - 1pm.
