I was told by doctor to use peroclin 5%. I have been using it since 1 year & the result is good. Nowadays peroclin creams doesn't dry up, it's watery, not sure creams are manufactured differently nowadays or because of hot weather. If the cream doesn't dry up after I apply, I guess it wont treat my acne. What is an alternative for peroclin? Please advise.

No.. Treatment depending on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

No the technology has advised it is not drying up as all manufacturers have advanced their manufacturing. Also you need to regularly consult a skin specialist Please do not self medicate.
