I am taking "Coaprovel 300/12.5mg (Ibesartan+Hydrochlorothiazide) Oral Antihypertensive manufactured by Sanofi" prescribed by my doctor. But we don't get this medicine in India. What can I take as an alternative medicine for this with same drug composition. I had a kidney failure also 30yrs back.
