My wife is four week pregnant and beta hcg level is 513. Doctor prescribed alnagest 200 for 20 days. Is it safe to use during pregnancy.

Yes it is safe during pregnancy.It is progesterone tablet for the support of pregnancy.May be you are having pain abdomen or slight spotting in that condition we used to prescribe.
