I am having allergies in food,dust and pollen and for that on my back rashes are developing like acne or pimple and it is very painful sometimes. If I do some heavy work then I am having breathlessness that pulls me down mentally and physically and most importantly,my sleep time has drastically reduced and for that reason,I can't focus on my work properly and I feel very low in the morning as well as my energy level drops
