My 4 year old daughter suffering from some allergy type thing & it's itching from today 11 am after ac servicing. After that Me and my wife also suffering some itching problems. I gave my daughter atarax syrup 3ml. Can u gave her some medicine for itchy relief.

These are large local reactions. Syp Atarax 5ml thrice in a day would be sufficient, but i presume you might need to evaluate your child for other systemic illness too.

Remove offending allergen.

Change of season leads to the child being sensitised to allergens, if these lesions don’t subside a short course of steroids can be given by your local healthcare provider
