Sir  my wife is having prpblem that when there is lot of heat or wheteher change start sneezing and  runny nose i have to give maontair  lc tablet for once to relive it happpens more often kindly suggest some  thing if any test required or any medicine that needed to avoid sneezing and runny nose

She has allergic rhinitis . Treatment of allergic rhinitis involves both symptom relief and prevention. I suggest azeflo nasal spray for 1 month one puff twice daily for relief of symptoms. Simultaneously you can do an allergy skin prick test, find out the allergen trigger and do avoidance or allergy vaccine as required
