Allergy in skin... IGE level high

Hallo, I have allergy for many yrs .I get rashes in my skin and it's itching ,since I have allergy I can't take my Corona vaccine.. and took it blood test and it says my IGE level is high .. I need to contact an immunologist for this .. I can't find a specific doctor .. pls suggest Thanks .
