Elevated igE gives differential diagnosis of asthma, parasitic infection ( stool examination needs to be done), aspergillosis ( confirmed by elevated aspergillus specific igE), esonophilic pneumonias like egpa.
Next Steps
consult pulmonologist, needs complete evaluation

Hi. I understand your concern s. You are probably having asthma. It is better if you undergo a pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Lsoa simultaneous evaluation for the trigges with skin prick test. Consult a qualified allergist pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
