I have a weak immune system. I catch cold in every 10 days. When i drink or eat cold things , sour things, any fruits i catch cold. I catch cold when dust or cold air flows into my nostrils. I catch very severe cold after masturbation. When i catch cold, i get runny nose, blocked nose, severe cough and continue mucus flow. I have consulted an ENT specialist. He said its allergies and have to bear with it and take prevention. He said that my nose bone have grown too big on one side which is halfway blocking my nostril so i had gone a surgery for cutting the bone in 2017. After that with some antibiotics he gave mi Otrivin nasal drop for unblocking the nose. But i got so addicted to the drop, i used it thrice a day till now. Without it my nose would not unblock from mucus. He scolded me for that and consulted me with Nosikind nasal drop and told to use only if necessary. Now i am addicted to that and use it thrice a day. Please help me with this issue. Fed up of this allergies.
