I am suffring with some red bumps on my eyes .it gets swollen at times want to know what is the reason behind

Hello It is very difficult to comment without seeing eye but plz try to upload pic of eye Having said that 1. If it is painless n located at junction of black n white portion of eye: suspect pterygium 2. If redness along with mild pain: phylrctenular conjunctivitis
