Hello sir, I used a deodorant named as engage day before yesterday in the morning. At evening I saw there was some rashes like things appeared under my arm .I didn't take it seriously. Yesterday morning when I saw then small small pimples with reddish skin appeared with lot of rashes ...kindly let  me know what to do .
