I am suffered from food allergies since 2019, in which i catched by races and deep eaching at any part of body with specially hand palm.  some time swelling also happened in fingers with eaching.

If you are having food allergies..... best u can do is avoid the particular food . If u r unable to find out which food cause allergy then with allergic prick test we can tell which food is responsible for allergies. You should also rule out your thyroid disorders
