All time my left arm and shoulder hurt

I have discomfort  in left arm and shoulder that do not wrosen by exercise and not relieve by rest I also have sudden breathing difficulties with sweating in evening in every two days I feel exhausted but not chest pain  feeling like heart attack These symtoms 1year phle bhi the but frequency km thi now 1 month se jyada h us time MY ECG ECHO TMT HOLTER WAS NORMAL normal tshlipid profile vit d etc Doctor say panic attack but why my arm pain persist agar wo heart attack the to 15 bar ho chuka h aisa ab tk complication ho jana chahiye What should I do ??? Plzzz reply

As all ur cardiac tests are normal. Looks like musculoskeletal pain or any orthopedic problem. Consult orthopedician to rule out shoulder joint problems.

As the description does not really suggest a cardio issue, rightly it has been said so. As far as your lt arm issues you may have a physical review and opinion for a possible Neuro-Ortho issue
