All day sleepy

I regularly go to gym.After coming from gym I take my breakfast and go to bed .From that time I don't get any energy.I feel sleepy all day.After lunch,I again lie and sleep.In evening I am active a little bit.Why I feel sleepy all the day and have no energy even if I go to gym, working out regularly and have a good diet.

I would like to get an answer to my question , if you feel so rundown and sleepy after going to Gym, then why do you go to Gym at all? People normally go to Gym to loosen their muscles so that feel energetic throughout the day.
