Alignment Issue

Can we align this arrangement...and also because of that I can also see plaque in the inner part of my teeth...its also very difficult to brush that part because of the misalignment..
Can anything be done...

if you have the habits of smoking, reduce it gradually.. because people who smoke will have calculus in lingual side of lower teeth.. may be a reason..
