Hello, I had a bilateral salpingectomy 2 weeks and 2 days ago, my doc gave the ok for hubby and I to have sex, I was just wondering if ejaculation is a concern?

If you hv had salpingectomy then ejaculation inside will not lead to pregnancy anymore. So go ahead and dont worry. However be sure u hv regular periods , if ever u miss it  consult ur doc immediately as failure rate of 1 percent s reported still
