Trying to quit alcohol...long term alcoholic since last 16 yrs.. my age is 32 now...symptoms are itching in face and body...tiredness..joint stiffness..sleep disturbance...forgetfulness...confusion...which doctor to see and am I curable 100%??

Yes u r cureable.. Do a whole body check up..accordingly we can know where is the problem.. At age 32,your condition can be reversed  with timely interventions..
