Can I ask what is the meaning of albumin positive 1? And how it happen and what is the possible things I need to do to avoid that .

Albumin 1+ means that proteins are leaking in the urine. It is seen in urine infections. Take plenty of water to flush out the infection and proper antibiotics for cure of the infection.
