Hi first of all you need to relax even though I know how distressing this is for you but be calm things will come under control. Start doing some relaxation exercises, go for a walk or do some exercise in morning. Identify the triggers of your aggressive behaviours, identify the bodily changes that happen in your body at that time. If you become sensitive to bodily changes you will know where to stop, take a cool down break and look at things from a third person perspective (for eg. In the cool down break keep yourself at the other person's place and think from his/ her perspective). This will help you think rationally with a calm mind.
However these are temporary solutions I would want to ask you are there any other mood changes ? How is your sleep, appetite and interest in interacting with people? Since when has all this been happening? Do you feel preoccupied by some thoughts? I suggest a detailed session to give a proper plan to you and to suggest further course of treatment.
