He imagines that he is honoured with a noble prize and hears an announcement that the govt. is asking him to collect the prize money within 31st of March. Hears no reasoning and continuously asks for meeting the imaginary persons. Sometimes thinks that police is going to arrest him. He is physically sound. Memory is very sharp. He lost his wife six months back and the problem arose after that.
