Age is 52 . Having backside of beside hip or down of hip backside little pain after I wake up and walk Doctor diagnosed as starting stage of spondylitis. Doctor gave belt . General qn is that any food and lifestyle changes that can reduce this permanently. Which foods best and what to avoid
