After two days of fever

I had high fever that sustain for two days. Now after 4 days fever has gone but still feeling weakness, nausea, and vomiting and back pain. I had weird taste in mouth and i don't want to eat at all. When i had fever dr suspected for dengue but it wasn't. Though in test i had lowe platelets counts 135000.
