I've been having migraine since 15 yrs when I do after sex r mastaurbating suddenly getting cold like nose block & throat infection and head ache

Nose congestion and headache after sex or masturbation is a common condition and are part of migraine disorder. There is no permanent cure for this condition but you can very well manage this condition by using migraine specific medications before doing sex. Even simple over the counter analgesics are also useful
