After pushing the chest feeling pain.

Hello sir, Actually I have pain in my back ,but another thing when I am pushing me left side chest then I am feeling pain ,but if I will put my hand some selective position the I will not feel no pain, so please tell me what is the causes, I want to see my lungs working fine for this Which test is ok...
