Hello doctor I had exposure of syringe stick actually I am not taking any drug's not having unprotected sex but due to fever I visits a local doctor and I have doubt they use old syringes that's why I take PEP WITH IN 24 hour but recently I have red dot petechaie may be on chest 3-4 left and 4-5 and right hand 1-2 and both leg and I have done 4 duo test on 25 days of exposure 31 days of exposure 40 days of exposure and 45 days of exposure all come negative sir any thing to worry and how much chance to get positive after 90 days or how much chance that I am safe
