After masterbation body pains & headache

My husband does masterbation weekly once, when ever he does it. Next day completely he will be exhausted. He is will feeling depressed, fully body pains, headache, not feeling to do any thing. Is that normal ? Can u please tell me how to sure this and what is the permanent solution. When he has intercourse, he will be normal.
