Today I got my blood sugar checked after lunch. It showed 142 blood sugar. Is this normal or high?and my hba1c is 5.20

Your hba1c is absolutely normal ..pp is little above normal..but it's a glucometer reading which shows variation than lab report .. Ideally get one fbs,ppbs done by lab.. Connect for better guidance.. Relax and follow healthy lifestyle and diet
