I had my iui 7 days before. What should I feel now??? Is three any symptoms will appear. I have slight streching in my stomach when I do some exercise

Nothing will happen within 7 days. The symptoms of pregnancy are due to the effect of hormones produced after implantation of the embryo.  So those symptoms will not appear so soon. Wait till you miss your periods and then do tests for pregnancy.
