What can I do for relax my hand due to humerus surgery my elbow and triceps are stiff for plate fixation

Per operative X rays , When the surgery was done , post operative X rays,, post operative treatments, range of mobility of your elbow ,, these details are needed. Usually elbow is prone for stiffness in after trauma unless mobilised early.
