After heavy workout for 5days I saw a bit blood stain in my white discharge.this is not my periods time too..what's happening is this a serious problem.what I must do now?

Hello.. Well no intermenstrual bleeding is not normal...we need to know what is the reason for your bleeding...I also need to know if you have Any other symptoms..sometimes you have akso mistake something for blood so bettet get examined...i akso need detailed history...thank you
