Plz mention age of the child. If 6 months plus,add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion,stop bottle feeding if given,give 2 solid meals and just 4 milk feeds including one top formula feed using a spoon and katori. Continue with Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
