After deviry period not coming

I am suffering from pcod and diabetic type 2 it's been more then 7 days since I stop my deviry 10 and still no period... Ystday a bit red kind of line show in panty but after that nothing... I even test pregnancy kit test 2 times it's negative both times... Then why period not coming my period delayed 20 days now... What can be reason or treatment of this...advise plz

U can wait for 15 days after deviry…get a scan done for endometrial thickness

Wait for few days more , sometimes it take 10 to 12 days for the period to happen
