After delivery complete checkup has been done and can someone please let me know is the report normal

Reports are normal no sugar and no urine infection.What do you want to know explain me.Why do you get all these reports after delivery . During Ante natal period were having gestational diabetes .If answer is yes then confirm by doctor.
