I am still stuck with a blocked nostril. I often experience breathing difficulties, sinus problems, allergies, headaches, fatigue (even after a good amount of night sleep).

You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose infection. Septoplasty is not a treatment for this condition. You may need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis. Treatment can be planned after confirmation of diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
