AFP > 2.5 mom in quadruple marker test

I have done quadruple marker test in 18 weeks 5 days. And AFP > 2.5 MoM but the screen result is negative. My age is 30 years. Please tell me what does it mean will baby have open neutral defect ? Or any abnormality? I am very tensed plz reply.
