I am an athlete, during my training I observed that my stamina had reduced,I have done heart and lungs check up,it was normal but in echo I found MVP and mild Mr??this MVP is reducing my stamina??

No, MVP Has nothing to do with your stamina. Probably there is some diet issue in your case.
