Hi I have had recurrent miscarriage. My gynaecologist has advised hysteroscopy. What additional info does this test provide? I have had many ultrasounds of uterus

Difficult question . It should be best answered by your Gynaecologist. However I can say that the need for hysteroscopy must have arisen because of some findings in the Ultrasound report. At times hysteroscopy is curative. If a small polyp or other lesion has been noticed in sonography then hysteroscopy may be done to remove that problem.

Hysteroscopy is done to see the inner things in your uterus , which might be causing miscarriage, it is a diagnostic test , bcz one can see it directly.
