Please check the sonography report attached. Creatinine is 1.5 Please advise what is bladder detention and any precautions can be taken Also advise on diet.

More echogenicity in kidney may denote a kidney parenchymal diseases.consult a nephrologist for clinical physical examination and other tests. Partially distended bladder is just a normal description,not a disease
