Adviced for Angiogram

Recurrent dyspnea and palpitations since one month with medication my Bp went down to ,90/50. Now medication reduced to half Bp is now100/70, my Ecg shows suspect left  ventricular hemi block T waves abnormalities and echo Ef is 68 percent I was advised to under go Angiogram and revascularization .Always  my BP was  normal except this time since four months I am very  active   person regularly  practicing  yoga, I can climb stairs case, do all household works. I am  on Tab Vildagliptin   Metformin 50/500 BD. Tab Metoprolol 25mg BD  Tab Sorbitrate 2.6 mg  The Ecosprin 75mg  Tab Atrovastatin  10mg Hs at present Kindly advice me,  Do you advice me  to under go CAG? Thanks

Please get a stress test done If its positive then go for an angio
