On 3 - 6 September I had dry cough but was not  coughing a lot. It when off On 7-10 September I have slight fever ranging around 99, 99.1, 99.4 .After some time it goes back to 98.5. I have chest congestion and mucus in my chest. Oxymeter always above 95 No throat pain. No sever headache, no loss of taste. No running nose. No body pain. It's been 9 days I am going through this. DO I NEED TO BE WORRIED. I am loosing my sleep and not sleeping well. Please advice
