I have attached the Liver Function Test As per the report SGPT = 122 SGOT = 53.7 I need some advice on it

These are mild derangements. Nothing much to worry usually. But cause needs evaluation. Usually fatty liver related cause is there. Dietery modifications needed. Medicines do help.
