Hi Doctors, Can adneoid hypertrophy grade 3 cause cervical lymphadenopathy ? I have both Cervical LN since 2.6 yrs yrs & Adenoid hypertrophy grade 3 ( Since 2 yrs) I also have Deviated nasal septum Fnac done for CL and it was showing Reactive. I still have Cervical lymphnodes but no fever, weight loss My MRI neck report is attached. Please suggest further

Cervical lymph nodes less than 3 cm r not of significance esp if reactive. DNS and adenoids should be addressed if you have nasal blockage.consult ENT doctor.
